Educators- bring your students to a complete mainstage performance of Pittsburgh Opera's first world premiere- The Summer King- the Josh Gibson Story. The Student Matinee will include our full orchestra, top-quality singers, chorus, and production elements.
Sung in English with English texts projected above the stage.
Who: Suggested for grades 3–12
Where: Benedum Center
When: Thursday, May 4th, 2017
Time: 10:30 am–1:00 pm
Tickets: Only $10 for students and adults
At least one teacher from each school must attend the prerequisite Workshop for Educators April 6th or April 8th before tickets are issued.
