Location: Pittsburgh Opera Headquarters
You're invited to our free January Brown Bag concert, "Can You Even Handel It?"
The program includes favorites by composer George Frideric Handel, including Rodelinda, Rinaldo, and our upcoming Richard the Lionheart. Top it off with some classic Mozart (The Marriage of Figaro, The Magic Flute, and Cosi fan tutte), and you've got yourself an hour of pure enjoyment.
The concert features all of Pittsburgh Opera's 2016-17 Resident Artists.
The performance takes place in the George R. White studio at Pittsburgh Opera Headquarters, 2425 Liberty Avenue in the Strip. It's free and open to everyone. Bring a friend and bring a lunch! Meet the Resident Artists afterward in an informal reception.
Doors open at 11:30. Please note that the Pittsburgh Opera garage is available only for handicapped parking, by reservation. RESERVATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 4:00 PM FRIDAY, January 6. Reserve a handicapped parking spot for the January Brown Bag concert.
